Save the extra citrus syrup you can use for breakfast cocktails, puddings, or to make additional servings of bikinis.

For the Premix: Mix every spirits and syrup into a big jug, allow it to infuse for one hour, then pass it through best through a fine cloth, to ensure it's perfectly clear.
When ready to serve: Add 85ml from the batch mix into a stirring glass containing ice, and agitate lightly for a minute to chill. Filter into an cold coupe glass or a similar vessel, top with a few cranberries and finish by giving it a quick spritz of mandarin oil above the glass.
